Order Status

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


The order confirmation that you receive via email after placing your order is your official receipt. Because most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer, we cannot include invoices with the shipments. If you require another copy of your invoice at any time, please contact us and we will happily resend your invoice to you.


Shipping is prepaid anywhere in the US but Alaska and Hawaii. Both Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped from Kent, Washington..Delivery is 3-10 days from payment.


Cancellation or changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Because we attempt to ship your order as soon as possible, we cannot always cancel your order prior to it being processed. We will do our very best to accommodate your cancellation request.
